ROGUE VALLEY TAKES CARE OF ITS OWN

Que Lindo Studio spent time with mentors, teachers, and the young people they walk alongside to capture what Rogue Valley Mentoring actually feels like from the inside. Across three films, we built a campaign meant to grow community investment in that work.

Rogue Valley Mentoring has been quietly changing lives in Southern Oregon, one relationship at a time. What started as a grassroots organization in the Rogue Valley has grown into something really special: a mentoring ecosystem reaching youth through school-embedded circles, one-to-one matches, and bilingual programming that meets kids exactly where they are.

Que Lindo Studio was brought in to help tell that story, and it was one of those projects that stays with you. We spent time with Executive Director Laura Pinney, with teachers, mentors, and the young people they walk alongside, looking for the moments that actually make you feel it: the nervousness of a first meeting, the moment a kid finally opens up, the quiet pride of watching someone find their voice. Across three films, we built something that reflects who Rogue Valley Mentoring genuinely is, not just what they do. These films were created to support their fundraising campaign and grow community investment in Medford, Oregon. Because numbers matter, but stories are what move people. That is what we came to find.
