For Adorn Waxing & Skincare, we wanted the film to capture something harder to put into words: the feeling of being truly seen during a service most people rush through elsewhere. Que Lindo Studio built the piece around that atmosphere, letting the warmth of the space carry the story instead of a typical service list.

Adorn Waxing & Skincare Studio in Medford, Oregon was built on a simple but powerful idea, that skincare should make you feel good, not just look it. When we sat down with owner Tricia, it was clear that what she'd created wasn't just a place to get facials. It was a space where clients are educated, seen, and treated like the individuals they are. That became the foundation for everything we made.
For this project, Que Lindo Studio chose a brand story format because the heart of Adorn lives in the people, both the ones providing the care and the ones receiving it. We wanted potential clients to understand the culture before they ever walked through the door. Rather than showcase a list of services, we let Tricia speak to her philosophy and let real clients speak to how it felt. The result is a film that captures what makes Adorn different: the warmth, the personalization, and the quiet confidence that walks out with every client.
